The water in the Mare Nostrum Spa is a vital part of the treatments - it is pumped directly from the sea. Here at the Spa you find thalassotherapy cures,including Ocean Hydromassage and Under Shower massage and Underwater Showers, Body wrapping, Hand massages, Therapeutic massages, Electrotherapy, Facial treatments, Body treatments, and Medical Beauty treatments.
All programmes at the spa include a visit with the medical staff and a personalised diet if necessary and open access to Marine Park, with its thermal pool, saunas, steam bath, rest room and cardiotraining area.
For guests not wishing to have a full programme indivual treatments are available.

Spectacular palace with indoor seawater pool of 34ºC with different kinds of massages. The advisable time in this swimming pool is of 15 minutes with some breaks.

Sauna
There are 2 saunas at different temperatures - thought to remove toxins. It is essential to provoke perspiration at high temperatures in a dry atmosphere. Relax and enjoy the moment.
